Which areas do you cover?
Most communities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, including Marina, JLT, Downtown, JVC, Arabian Ranches, Al Reem, Saadiyat and Al Majaz.
How do you access my home?
We store keys securely in coded tags, or use your smart lock or building concierge. Your address is never written on keys.
Are your walkers insured?
Yes. Every carer is covered by public liability and pet care insurance, and is pet first-aid certified.
What happens in summer heat?
We walk early and late, test pavement temperature, and swap to indoor games when it's unsafe.
Can I cancel a walk?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before. Monthly plans can be paused for travel.
Do you follow UAE pet rules?
Yes — dogs are always leashed in public, waste is picked up, and we only use pet-permitted areas.
